H is for Hospitals

I finally got a job in the hospital! YAY! Not as a unit clerk, but a staffing clerk. Pretty much the same wage, so I'm down. Prettyyyy excited!

I leave for Cali in 4 days,OHMYGODDDD.

G is for Goulding, Ellie

If you've never heard of her, you need to. She is from the UK and ah-may-zing! Truly. I discovered her last summer and on a whim I bought her CD after only hearing one song. I was not disappointed! She is just... so good...

F is for Food.

I have truly failed in the kitchen this summer. The most effort I have put into cooking would probably be scrambled eggs. I promise that once my schedule starts evening out a bit, (actually not very likely if I do get the 3rd job, buttt y'know), I will actually attempt to cook more.

F is also for FEARS.
I am possibly going bungee jumping at the end of the summer. WHAT A THRILL! And scare! hahaha
I am officially crazy though.. truly.

Anything else? Uhmm... one week until CALIFORNIA ohhh myyy goooddddd sooo excited! LOOK AT ALL THOSE EXTRA LETTERS TO SHOW YOU MY EXCITEMENT!

E is for experiences.

Life is full of new things, new experiences... And I plan on trying some new things myself.

I want to travel, see the world and experience it. Australia is on my to do list right now.. I just gotta find someone to come with me. I am thinking 3 weeks, and if life allows me in the future, I will return. But for now, I want to just go for that period of time.

After Australia I will start planning my Europe trip. This is the big one. I have allllways wanted to go there, and see as many countries as I can! I will probably go for a couple months, this is going to be the trip of a lifetime. I will save for as long as I need to, this is going to happen.

That's all for now, I just figured I'd add another letter, as I don't have much time left to do the rest... Where is Summer going?!

It's really hard to gather your thoughts when you don't eve have the slightest idea what any of them are about. I sit here, at the ocean, watching the sunset, tunes in my ear and sunshine on my face.. And I can't tell if I'm happy or upset. I can't tell if it's to do with a person or a situation. I find these times really frustrating. I want the company of someone, but I'd be terrible to hang out with, and yet I am also wanting to be alone with my thoughts. I want to tell you how I feel but you are such a mystery to me, I don't know how you'll react. The water is really peaceful tonight, slight breeze creating small ripples, but not enough to disturb the glassy surface. Maybe it's the fact that I have to face certain feelings in a few short weeks and I'm not ready to handle it?

D is for Doing things on my summer list.

Hmm, what is going on in my life? Summer is playing hide and seek... I would rather it just stop playing games and be sunny every day! I have been here for almost a month now.. It's kinda crazy how fast time is going right now. Lightning speed. Less than a month until I leave for California, I am unbelievably stoked! Should probably get around to purchasing my last tickets.. haha...

Progress on Summer To Do List:
#1 - Move to Victoria - Check.
#2 - Acquire second job - Check.
#3 - Get a tan - Check.
#4 - Possibly go bungee jumping - Still contemplating.
#5 - Meet with an academic advisor - On-hold. I want to travel before I go back to school.
#6 - Save enough spending money for California - Check.
#7 - Lose some weight & start working out again! - Progressing.. I have gone for 1 run in the last month...hahah
#8- Find some more things for my to do list! - On-going.
#9 - Get my piercings back! - Half done. Got my nose redone, now to get around to getting my lip done :)
#10 - Learn how to cook more things - One day I will be good at cooking... one day..


So, I think it is safe to say I am making good progress this summer. :) 


Getting my first credit card today... What shall my first purchase be?! N64 games? Possibly. Concert tickets? I like that idea! 


I have started something new with someone new. I like where things are going with this one. :) It's been a long time since I was this happy, I rather enjoy it. 

Alright, it's been decided...

I want my lip piercing back. Now it's just a matter of time and money. Any opinions on 1 piercing or double piercing?

Going to the movies with an old friend tonight. This is going to be weird actually, we've spent so long being mad at each other it's gonna be different to not be mad... haha Wish me luck! :)

I'm a geek, and stoked for the premiere of Degrassi on Monday. And can't wait for Glee season 3. hahah
